The Israel Defense Force (IDF) confirmed that citizens who hold a medical marijuana licesnse from the Minestry of Health are allowed to consume their medicine during service and during their stay on the military base.

Use of marijuana without a medical license is still strictly forbidden.

License holders will be allowed to use their medicine as long as they do not violate the license regulations and medicate without the presence of another person.

After just a month, a number of applications have been filed on this subject to various factors in the army.
