Florida Cannabis Coalition announced today that the final installment of its 2014 medical cannabis event series will take place on Friday, September 26th at the Hard Rock Hotel in Casino in Hollywood, FL.  The event begins at 10:30AM. Press is invited and encouraged to arrive early at 9:00AM.

The event is the first in Florida to feature the Washington D.C. based Marijuana Policy Project, the largest organization working solely on marijuana policy reform in the United States.

Others speaking at the event include leadership from Florida NORML, political candidates an the CannaMoms, as well as Steep Hill Halent, the nation’s original and leading cannabis testing facilities and licensing The MedMen.

Topics will include: CBD, THC, Charlotte’s Web and Amendment 2; meeting patient needs; best business practices when entering into a startup opportunity; funding; risk assessment; cultivation; plant science; accounting (US Tax Code 280e and more); compliance & legalities; current activism and lobbying; licensing and much more.
